Our staff of 85 engineers, geologists, and hydrogeologists, many with advanced degrees in their disciplines, is skilled in evaluating foundation alternatives in complex ground conditions. We understand that balancing least cost and performance is key to the success of projects involving infrastructure, dams, levees, and building construction and rehabilitation.

- Innovative Ground Modifications
Foundations frequently require innovative ground modifications to accommodate variations in subsurface conditions. A recent project used the installation of wick drains along with preloading to accelerate consolidation of 40 feet of compressible material underlying new highway embankments.
