Outcomes
  • Showroom displays products and American Standard’s commitment to innovation.

American Standard displays an extensive line of bathroom and kitchen products at its new product design center. Built to help visitors appreciate product design and engineering, the center showcases fixtures, faucets, and furniture that educate people about style and function. The center demonstrates how the end-user can experience the product in a flexible display space that can change with the marketplace.

What We Did

Gannett Fleming architects incorporated the same level of creativity and sustainability as American Standard’s new products. Yellow zigzags in the showroom’s carpet, combined with track lighting in the ceiling, organize visitors experiences by directing them along a path and highlighting products along the way. Large windows bring sunlight into the showroom, brightening the space and providing outsiders with a view of the products. The restrooms evolved into showcases, as well, creating colorful and contemporary pieces that expand the display space beyond the showroom floor.

Key Features

  • Visitors view product development and design concepts first-hand
  • Carpet and lighting direct visitors on a self-guided tour.
