Together, he and Ray Deering, CCM, DBIA, Northern Virginia area manager, will focus on growth strategy, business development, and building strategic relationships throughout the state.

“Jeff is well-known for his leadership in the construction industry and his experience partnering with the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT),” said Brett Brenize, PE, DBIA, vice president and MidAtlantic Construction Management leader. “His desire to stay on the leading edge of industry advancements combined with his knowledge garnered from more than 20 years in the field will raise the bar in the way we serve prospective clients and approach future projects in this region.”

He is also a member of the American Council of Engineering Companies Transportation Committee.
