Gannett Fleming’s Transportation Operations and Planning Group Wins $15 Million SDDCTEA Contract

Gannett Fleming’s Transportation Operations and Planning Group (TOP) based in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, secured a 3-year, $15 million, indefinite delivery/indefinite quality (IDIQ) contract with the Surface Deployment and Distribution Command Transportation Engineering Agency (SDDCTEA).

Under the IDIQ contract, TOP will provide traffic engineering services at military installations worldwide. Tasks will include traffic engineering, safety, comprehensive transportation, entry control facility, and sign management studies.

Other activities may include the development and execution of traffic, safety, and entry control facility training, the update and development of transportation-related military publications, and the issuance of informational bulletins on transportation issues that are distributed to nearly all military installations.

Gannett Fleming has been providing traffic engineering services to SDDCTEA since 1998. Eight-six call orders were issued from 2010 to 2015 under the agency’s blanket purchase agreement, of which 73 were secured by Gannett  Fleming.
