Alicia C. Baehr has joined Gannett Fleming as a security and intelligence analyst. Based in the firm’s Phoenix, Arizona, office, Baehr joins the firm’s national team of security and safety experts.
As a Security and Intelligence Analyst, Baehr acts a program coordinator, providing research and support to physical security consultants. As a former member of the United States Air Force Security Forces and Maricopa County, Arizona, Sheriff’s Deputy, she is proficient in threat and hazard identification analysis. Utilizing her background, Baehr assists in the design, implementation, and operation of physical protection systems, including the preparation of emergency response plans and the development of mitigation strategies.
“Alicia’s military and law enforcement background allow us to draw on her real-life experiences and training when developing security plans for our clients,” said William Foos, CPP, PSP, senior director of security and safety services.
Baehr received a bachelor of arts in Russian from Arizona State University and a master of science in intelligence management from Henley-Putman University. She also completed Security Forces Basic Training, the Global Strike Command Nuclear Convoy Course and is Arizona Peace Officer Standards and Training Board (AZPOST) certified.
