Gannett Fleming Ranked as MEP Giant by Consulting-Specifying Engineer

For a fourth year, Gannett Fleming ranks among the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) giants of the mechanical and electrical engineering industry. Consulting-Specifying Engineer magazine’s 2013 MEP Giants list ranked Gannett Fleming at 61 out of the top 100 firms listed.

The MEP Giants list compares firms based on MEP design revenue. Gannett Fleming reported MEP design revenue of $14.5 million for the 2012-2013 fiscal year. Total MEP design revenue of all MEP Giants was $6 billion. Several projects contributed to Gannett Fleming’s MEP revenue, including mechanical system upgrades for The Hill School in Pottstown, Pa., and on-call consulting services for the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority in Bladensburg, Md.

Consulting-Specifying Engineer is a monthly trade publication that serves the mechanical and electrical engineering industry. In addition to MEP, the magazine covers consulting-specifying engineering subjects, such as lighting, fire and life safety, and controls engineering. The MEP Giants survey, now in its sixth year, also tracks and reports trends in the engineering industry.
