Global infrastructure and engineering firm Gannett Fleming has appointed Jessica Carden as the national practice leader for the Regional/Global Administrative Manager (RGAM) Practice Leadership Team (PLT).
Founded in 2016, the RGAM PLT fills a vital role in driving the efficient and effective operations of the firm. RGAMs manage all administrative staff, including office administrators, regional/global business line administrators, and project manager assistants. Additionally, they assist the regional/global business line directors in meeting their operations goals and metrics including profit and loss, days sales outstanding, overhead management, quality management system requirements, and project performance.
A valued member of Gannett Fleming since 2009, Carden will continue to serve as the Southeast Region administrative manager. Her prior roles include project manager assistant, executive coordinator, and the office administrator for the firm’s Miami office. She has also supported project teams in delivering exceptional results to clients across the Southeast Region.
Carden earned an associate degree in liberal arts from Nassau Community College and is a 2016 graduate of the Gannett Fleming Leadership Academy. She is active in Toastmasters International and the American Council of Engineering Companies of Florida.
