Having made substantial contributions to the success of Gannett Fleming, Bradley A. Mason, PE, PMP, Brian A. Seip, PE, LEED AP BD+C, CxA, and Daniel P. Stare, PE, have been named stockholders of the firm.
Mason, based in Gannett Fleming’s Fairfax, Virginia, office, is a vice president of the firm. He also serves as Gannett Fleming’s senior program manager for work on the firm’s engineering and architecture contract supporting the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority’s $5.7 billion, six-year capital improvement program. With more than 20 years of experience in the transit industry managing complex capital investment projects, Mason provides leadership for large-scale, multidisciplinary rail and transit infrastructure projects. He holds a bachelor of science in mechanical engineering from Oklahoma State University.
Seip is based in the firm’s corporate headquarters in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, where he serves as manager of the Electrical and Systems Engineering Group and the Electrical Practice. With more than 17 years of industry and management experience, Seip provides technical direction, staff supervision, project management, and quality control services for a group of 25 electrical, lighting, security, communication, and control system design professionals. He holds a bachelor of science in engineering from Messiah College.
Stare serves as a senior geotechnical engineer in the firm’s Earth Sciences and Hydraulics Group. Based in Harrisburg, Stare has been involved with geotechnical aspects of environmental, water resource, dam, mine subsidence, highway, and structural projects. He specializes in dam engineering projects with an emphasis on foundation seepage remediation applying advanced grouting methods throughout the U.S. With more than 16 years of industry and geotechnical experience, Stare holds a bachelor of science in civil engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
