Gannett Fleming has named Dan C. Hart, PE, Keith R. Mullins, PE, and Scott F. Zieber, MCP, as stockholders of the firm.
Hart is a vice president and regional manager of the company's Orlando, Fla., office, where he is based. He also oversees the firm's construction engineering and inspection interests in Florida. Hart has more than 20 years of industry experience and has worked on significant projects for many of Florida's transportation agencies. He holds a bachelor of science in civil engineering and a master of science in geotechnical engineering from the University of Florida.
Mullins is based in the Philadelphia, Pa., office, where he serves as senior Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) manager in the firm's Transportation Operations Practice. With more than 14 years of experience, Mullins coordinates ITS planning, design, and construction support services. Mullins holds a bachelor of civil engineering from the University of Delaware and a master of science in ocean technology and commerce from the Webb Institute.
Zieber is based in the Harrisburg office and has 26 years of experience with the firm. As chief information officer and a vice president of the firm, he oversees the firm's enterprise information technology system for more than 2,000 employees and 60 offices. Zieber holds a bachelor of science in computer science from Lebanon Valley College.
