Gannett Fleming Names 2014 Senior Associates

Gannett Fleming named eight new senior associates.

  • Theodore P. Bandy, PE

    Theodore P. Bandy, PE, is the manager of traction power for Gannett Fleming Transit & Rail Systems, a division of Gannett Fleming specializing in transit and railroad track, signal, communication, and electric traction design. As manager of traction power, he provides technical leadership and oversight, quality assurance, risk management, and business consulting expertise to clients in the railroad and transit sectors. He is based in the Valley Forge, Pa., office. With more than 20 years of experience, Bandy holds a bachelor of science in electrical engineering from Drexel University.

  • Joseph R. Bower, PE

    Joseph R. Bower, PE, serves as the systems engineering manager based in the firm's corporate headquarters in Harrisburg, Pa. Bower's team performs the design and construction of wired, wireless, and fiber optic communications systems, supervisory control and data acquisition systems, programmable logic controller systems, and access control and closed-circuit television security systems. With more than 24 years of experience, Bower holds a bachelor of science in electrical engineering from Lehigh University and a master of science in information systems management from Shippensburg University.

  • Mike Brown, PE

    Mike Brown, PE, heads the firm's Water Planning Group and leads national Water Practice asset management initiatives. Brown has 18 years of experience and is based in the Harrisburg office. He leads water and wastewater infrastructure studies, facility designs, field inspections and testing, asset management, and computer applications, including hydraulic and water quality modeling. Brown holds a bachelor of science in civil engineering from Lehigh University.

  • James T. Gibbons

    James T. Gibbons is manager of construction services for New Jersey and eastern Pennsylvania, and is based in the Mt. Laurel, N.J. office. With 22 years of experience, he directs construction operations, provides overall project management services, and is a liaison to transportation agencies. Gibbons holds a bachelor of science in civil engineering from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.

  • Bradley A. Mason, PE, PMP

    Bradley A. Mason, PE, PMP, is based in the Baltimore, Md., office, and serves as a vice president of the firm. He provides leadership for large-scale, multi-disciplinary rail and transit infrastructure projects. He is experienced in coordinating and securing project/program funding, as well as developing and implementing of management plans, processes, procedures, and systems for successful execution of complex programs. With more than 20 years of experience, Mason holds a bachelor of science in mechanical engineering from Oklahoma State University.

  • Matthew B. Morris, PG

    Matthew B. Morris, PG, is a senior engineering geologist and project manager based in the Pittsburgh, Pa., office. With 14 years of experience with the firm, his primary areas of interest include soil and rock slope stability design and mitigation and construction geology. He holds a bachelor of science in geology from Clarion University of Pennsylvania and a master of science in engineering geology from Kent State University.

  • Giuseppe (Joe) Tulumello AIA, LEED® Green Associate

    Giuseppe Tulumello, AIA, LEED® Green Associate is a senior architect in the New York, N.Y., office. He supervises a staff of architects for the new construction, restoration, and adaptive reuse of transit and power facilities throughout the northeast. Additionally, he manages client relations and performs cross-discipline coordination. With more than 12 years of experience, Tulumello holds a bachelor of arts in business administration from Pace University and a bachelor of architecture from the New York Institute of Technology.

  • Stewart S. Vaghti, PE, CFM

    Stewart S. Vaghti, PE, CFM, serves as a project manager based in the Phoenix, Ariz., office. Vaghti's design experience includes dams, storm drainage and stormwater management infrastructure, water and sewer distribution, roadway infrastructure, and transportation maintenance facilities. With more than 16 years of experience, Vaghti holds a bachelor of science in civil engineering from Northern Arizona University.
