Gannett Fleming, a global infrastructure and engineering firm, hurdled five spots to No. 16 on Electrical Construction & Maintenance (EC&M) magazine’s 2019 Top 40 Electrical Design Firms list.
“The jump in ranking from EC&M for this year is an illustration of our success as Gannett Fleming continues to expand our electrical services,” said Brian Seip, PE, Electrical Practice leader. “In the past year, our experts have provided station improvement design and rebranding for eight stations of the Metropolitan Transportation Authority Long Island Rail Road; delivered engineering, procurement, and construction services for the Public Service Electric and Gas Company’s New Jersey Transit Meadows 230kv upgrade; and offered research, analysis, and technical support to facilitate updates to California Department of Water Resources’ security and management documents.
EC&M’s 2019 Top 40 list highlights leading electrical design firms. Gannett Fleming had more than $30 million in electrical design revenue in 2018 and experienced an 82% increase from 2017’s revenue, the second highest growth rate on the Top 40 list.
Recognition on this list directly correlates with the recent Consulting-Specifying Engineer’s 2018 MEP Giants list release and shows Gannett Fleming’s commitment to growth across electrical design. EC&M is a monthly trade publication with more than 125,000 subscribers that focuses on electrical design, personnel, and systems.
