Craig E. Crowther, PE, joins Gannett Fleming as a vice president of the biopharmaceutical and clean manufacturing business unit. Based in the firm’s Raleigh, North Carolina office, Crowther provides leadership and strategic direction for the firm’s biopharmaceutical and clean manufacturing projects.
Bringing more than 24 years of experience, Crowther consults on the design and construction of new facilities, processes and equipment to ensure they are compliant with global standards, current good manufacturing practices, and Food and Drug Administration regulations. His previous experience with Engineered-Procure-Construction (EPC) delivery of projects enables him to develop a project delivery team focused on this method. With the addition of Crowther’s vast experience in the industry, Gannett Fleming is able to provide comprehensive project delivery services for the pharma industry, including integrated EPC, construction management, preconstruction and civil, structural, architecture, process, mechanical, fire protection, electrical, instrumentation and controls, and plumbing design services. To compliment the design and construction management, Gannett Fleming also provides certified validation, commissioning and test, adjust and balance services.

Crowther holds a bachelor of science in mechanical engineering from North Carolina State University and is registered as a professional engineer and general contractor in North Carolina.
