Mr. Ferruccio’s experience includes the executive management of high-profile, multibillion-dollar programs and projects. He served as principal-in-charge for program management consultant services on the $43-billion Metrolinx transit capital expansion program in Toronto. He was also the consultant executive-in-charge for the Sempra Energy Pipeline Safety Enhancement Plan in Los Angeles. Following Hurricane Katrina, he served in a lead consultant and project delivery technical advisor role in support of the Army Corps of Engineers Hurricane Protection Office’s Inner Harbor Navigational Canal Surge Barrier design-build and construction management program in New Orleans.

“I chose Gannett Fleming because the foundation is set for a tremendous expansion of delivery services,” states Ferruccio. “To be best-in-class is to understand the client’s needs, while providing the most innovative solutions. Growing our practice to provide full-service offerings will help us meet our ambitious goals.”

Ferruccio earned a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from The Pennsylvania State University (PSU). As an alumnus, he served on PSU’s Civil Engineering Industrial and Professional Advisory Council from 2010-2016, and was chairman for two years during that period. He shares in Gannett Fleming’s commitment to diversity and inclusion as a PSU scholarship sponsor for underrepresented engineering students.
