Anthony Ferruccio, PE, joins Gannett Fleming as a senior vice president and Construction Services Business Line director. In this role, he will lead strategic growth of program and construction management, risk management of alternative delivery, and construction engineering inspection services.

Mr. Ferruccio’s experience includes the executive management of high-profile, multibillion-dollar programs and projects. He served as principal-in-charge for program management consultant services on the $43-billion Metrolinx transit capital expansion program in Toronto. He was also the consultant executive-in-charge for the Sempra Energy Pipeline Safety Enhancement Plan in Los Angeles. Following Hurricane Katrina, he served in a lead consultant and project delivery technical advisor role in support of the Army Corps of Engineers Hurricane Protection Office’s Inner Harbor Navigational Canal Surge Barrier design-build and construction management program in New Orleans.

Ferruccio earned a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from The Pennsylvania State University (PSU). As an alumnus, he served on PSU’s Civil Engineering Industrial and Professional Advisory Council from 2010-2016, and was chairman for two years during that period.
