With 30 years of experience in project management and roadway design for transportation projects with a focus in design-build project delivery, G. Scott Boyles, PE, joins Gannett Fleming as a senior design-build manager. Based in the firm’s Raleigh, North Carolina, office, Boyles leads national design-build projects as part of Gannett Fleming’s national alternative delivery group.
Boyles began his career in the public sector working for the North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT) and has been working in the private sector since 1988. He has worked on key projects including the U.S. 17 widening and interchange improvements in Wilmington, North Carolina; NCDOT Division 9 and 11 express bridge replacements for various locations in North Carolina; and South Carolina Department of Transportation I-85 and I-385 interchange in Greenville, South Carolina.

Boyles holds a bachelor of science in civil engineering from North Carolina State University and is a member of the Regional Transportation Alliance, American Council of Engineering Companies of North Carolina and the American Society of Highway Engineers. He is a registered professional engineer in North Carolina, Georgia, South Carolina and Virginia.
